The app stores the QuickBooks company you connect, encrypted connection tokens, import history, and help messages you send. It does not ask QuickBooks for your Intuit profile, phone number, or address. You can disconnect from Settings or Connections. An owner can export the firm's data or delete a person or the firm.
Import history and import backups are kept for 30 days. Finished "Export everything" files are kept for 7 days. Help messages and screenshots are kept for 30 days. A sign-in ends after 1 hour of inactivity, and it ends 12 hours after sign-in even if the person is still working. Closing an account or a firm deletes its records then, including backups and export files. This service is for people 18 or older and for business use.
